Our CrossFit classes embody the CrossFit methodology defined as constantly varied, functional movement performed at high intensity. The workout of the day or WOD as its commonly known as runs at various times throughout the day, and you can expect to see anything from gymnastics to Olympic weightlifting, to monostructural components like running, rowing, or riding.
Looking to get your first strict pull up? Want to complete a workout that you missed earlier in the week? We offer extended open gym hours for the members that want to workout outside of class. During open gym, there will always be a coach present.
A big part of gaining strength is also gaining flexibility. Our yogility classes are a fusion of yoga and mobility offered to de-stress and meditate while finding direction both on and off the mat. We like to think of yoga as the yin to our CrossFit yang. If you feel like you need more balance in your life, then yogility is the perfect class for you.
