Then chip away at
200 Wallballs (rx: 20/14)
200 KB Swings (rx: 53/35 | rx+: 70/53)
200 Hollow Body Rocks
200 Medball Cleans (rx: 20/14)
200 Pull ups
Partners A & B will start on first movement while partners C & D start on the last movement. Each pair will chip away until they hit 100 reps (each person will do 50 reps of each movement). Once done with 100, move to the next movement and do another 100 and keep going until all movements are complete. The workout is over when all 200 reps of all movements are complete.
I.e. if Partners A & B start at wallballs, they will end at pullups and if partners C & D start at pullups, they will finish at wallballs.
Per pair, 1 partner works while the other rests.
