CrossFit is some of the best programming you will ever experience in your fitness journey. We are committed to helping you understand and perform each movement during class.
Absolutely not! We have athletes that come from all levels of fitness. Your exercises will be modified based on your current level of fitness. All we want is for you to give your best effort during each workout. The only person you are in competition with is yourself.
– Class check in with coach
– Coach warms up class with static & dynamic stretches
– Coach explains the strength and workout portions for the day
– Strength portion starts while coach walks around and checks for correct form
– Coach will prep the class for the workout of the day and warm up the movements
– 3-2-1 Start conditioning workout!
